Q. If the blank check auto loans expires today can I still use it?
A. Capital One auto finance will fund checks as long as the vehicle purchase is made on or prior to the expiration date printed on the check.

Q. What if I'm approved for a maximum $25,000 but write the check for $20,000?
A. The amount of your loan will be the amount you fill in on the check. For example, if you are approved for $25,000 but spend only $20,000, your loan will be for $20,000.

Q. What if I need to borrow more than I applied for?
A. If you qualify for the higher amount, we will be more than happy to send you a new blank check and loan package. Please contact them at 1-800-689-1789 during business hours.

Q. What do I do if my blank check was lost or stolen?
A. Please contact Capital One at 1-800-689-1789 so we can void your present check and send you a new blank check auto loans. As always, they can send the check via overnight delivery to you for an additional fee of $15.
